My approach is simple: I develop content that I would want to hear. How many times did you hear a good message, but left without knowing what you should do differently? That’s why I design my keynotes to capture the audience’s attention and hold it through humor and real-life stories, while showing them impactful, tangible actions which are immediately applicable.
My content comes from the heart (and mistakes) of my experience as a leader, mental health advocate, business owner, executive coach and global citizen. All share my philosophy to ‘be you, but greater’—which means you don’t have to change who you are, but we all can do some things a bit greater. Topics include Mechanics of Leadership, Resiliency, Managing Today’s Teams, Purpose(s)/Passion(s), and more.
An audience who was entertained while learning, and given the tools and inspiration to act.
I just wanted to write you a short email and say how much I enjoyed your keynote this morning at Lambeau Field. It was the best overview of business planning that I’ve ever heard.
